Shown above is a sample brochure layout for a housing development. The main picture shows the house, which was modelled by us in 3D (the original drawings were provided by the clients architect). The Ground & First floor layouts were also taken from the architect's drawings and coloured for clarity. The Site layout was taken from a survey of the site and then modified to suit. Text was then added and positioned appropriately.

Digital photographs were taken by us of the site and some of the surrounding landmarks and added to enhance the brochure. The finished layout was then formatted for print.
